How did a then-sitting Pompton Lakes Council member know the contents of the municipal ballot box?

Does former Councilwoman Jennifer Polidori regret her suspicious attempts to nullify Pompton Lakes votes which she believed were not cast in her favor during the 2023 primary elections?

If Councilwoman Jennifer Polidori was aware of what the ballot box behind the municipal building held, despite admitting in the court documents that she was aware her FOIA request for building security footage wouldn’t be fulfilled without a court order, and STILL pursued filing suit against the Passaic County Clerk, the Passaic County Board of Elections, and the Borough of Pompton Lakes, why didn’t anyone from the Borough ask how she knew the ballot box contents without having legally accessed security footage?

The suit was throw out by the judge, and Councilwoman Jennifer Polidori’s demands to nullify taxpayer votes were ignored.
