Why have the borough, mayor, and council allowed years of abuse by (rushed into recent retirement) Police Chief Derek Clark and his second-in-command Captain Anthony Rodriguez, whom the council just voted unanimously to stand in as officer-in-charge?

Why is the town working so hard to install Captain Anthony Rodriguez, named and implicated throughout two huge police department lawsuits, as Chief of Police, going so far as to apply for a waiver of competitive examination to eliminate any potential competition?

Why won’t the borough address ANY of the public’s loud concerns expressed on social media, in person at council meetings, and via direct email to the council, mayor, and borough employees?
